So far this week, NBC and ABC have announced that they'll be podcasting. (Obvious prediction: CBS will say something shortly.)
This just has me amazed and thrilled. This whole phenomenon started up only late last year, has expanded to several million listeners and several thousand shows, and is now dragging old media in by the scruf of the neck.
It's simply an amazing time to be alive! "Power to the people" was always a quirky, radical, out-in-left-field slogan. But it's happening right before our eyes!
Amazed and thrilled. And I have the serious feeling that we ain't seen nuthin' yet.
