Well, to my knowledge, this is the first electronica album I've ever listened to. By my nature, I'm a jazz/new age/classical fan, with some brief forays into other instrumental works (Jean-Michel Jarre, Stewart Copeland, etc). That having been said, this was quite interesting. Fairly smooth at the outset, with a few tracks that were more up-tempo, and others that were more inventive and/or "unconventional" (in a conventional-music sense, of course). As a first exposure to electronica, it left me willing to try others, which I suppose is a good thing.
