50 Years of Chaos

From Spencer Critchley's blog entry on O'Reilly Digital Media comes this link to a BBC article, talking about the "creative revolution". Clay Shirky was quoted as predicting "50 years of chaos" in the upcoming shift away from monolithic, institutional creativity, towards a more social, collaborative way of things.

It's a great read, mentioning many of the ways this is already happening, (i.e. Wikipedia and the like).
