Or is it "superior conjunction"?

Okay, so when Venus and Mercury are at opposite sides of the sun, is it correct to say that they are at opposition? I was looking up the definition of opposition, and am thinking it might be more correct to say that Venus has Mercury at superior conjunction. FWIW.
